Israel-based online music magazine Audio Camp nailed it with their review of Yogas DIY produced debut “Spital Hawaii“: „These guys from Berlin have the guitars and the angst of a post­‐punk band but the melodies and catchiness of an indie pop band. The lyrics are in German but you don’t really have to understand what they’re singing about- this album is just fun to listen to.“ That was 2013. In the meanwhile, Yoga has gathered a small but nicely diverse fan base: Hamburg School lovers, shoegazers, post-punkers as well as general indie rock devotees will be equally pleased by the happy-­melancholic songs of the trio. Currently, they are working on a new EP which will be released in summer 2015.
