Kevin Halpin is a 30-something Canadian expatriate living in Berlin where he promotes musicians and concerts through his Shameless/Limitless shows. Slowly but surely, over years, he has managed to define an uncompromising aesthetic that is simultaneously international and localized. Fiercely independent and unapologetically idiosyncratic in both practice and taste, the roster of artists that he represents varies wildly in style from cold-wave electro-pop crooners to ethereal singer-songwriters including any and every permutation of recherché meta-fusions. Ultimately, he has managed to forge a vital signature that underlines a new wave of 21st century declinations about the potential of pop music, that most important of existential palliatives.

Andrea Goetzke works as cultural producer, curator and organizer in Berlin. She currently organizes Torstraßenfestival, is part of the programming committee of Ableton Loop, co-runs and programmes parts of Music Pool Berlin, and plays music on Byte.fm. Andrea is part of newthinking and has worked on digital culture/politics topics in different contexts – from projects in support of open source software in African countries to curating digital culture events in Berlin. As co-founder and board member of all2gethernow, she has curated and organized several music business and music culture conferences. Andrea works on a broad range of cultural, musical and socio-political topics through conversations, events, music and other formats.

Melissa kam in den 90er Jahren aus Chicago nach Berlin. Seitdem hat sie ein internationales Filmfestival organisiert, ein Restaurant betrieben und unter dem Alias M:Soundtrack Konzerte und Film-Screenings veranstaltet. Als Konzertveranstalterin präsentiert sie fast wöchentlich internationale Acts in Orten wie dem Schokoladen, dem Grünen Salon oder Berghain Kantine. M:Soundtrack ist Plattform und Treffpunkt der Berliner Independent-Szene. Melissa arbeitet zudem mit der all2gethernow, einer Konferenz für neue Strategien in der Musikwirtschaft und deren kultureller Landschaft. Melissas Passion sind Soundtracks, daher war die Gründung der Musikberatung Supertape zusammen mit der Dokumentarfilmen Sabine Steyer ein naheliegender Schritt. Melissa hatte die grundlegende Idee zum Music Pool Berlin, hat das Projekt mit entwickelt und ist Beraterin. Music Pool Berlin ist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Musikschaffende in Berlin. Seit 2017 ist Melissa Mitgründerin von European Women in Music, einem europaweitem Netzwerk für Lernen, Teilen, Verbindung und Austausch von Frauen in der Musikindustrie und angeschlossenen kreativen Feldern. Abgesehen voll all dem ist Melissa eine Hobbyköchin und die Supermom von zwei Söhnen – 3 und 16 Jahre alt.

Melissa moved from Chicago to Berlin in the 90s. Since then she has organized an international film festival, owned her own restaurant, and began booking and promoting live shows and film screenings under the moniker M:Soundtrack. As a concert promoter she presents international acts monthly in venues such as Schokoladen, Grüner Salon or Berghain Kantine. M:Soundtrack is a platform and meeting point within the Berlin independent music scene since 2004. Melissa is a board member with all2gethernow, a conference for new strategies within the music business and its cultural landscape. Melissa’s passion is soundtracks, therefore starting Supertape was the likely result: a music supervision and consulting company which she runs together with the documentary filmmaker, Sabine Steyer. Since 2014, Melissa is a co-founder and consultant of the Music Pool Berlin, the central place to go for musicians and people working in the music business, living and working in Berlin. Since 2017, Melissa is the co-founder of European Women in Music (link FB), a new Europe-wide network based on learning, sharing, connecting and exchange for women in the music industry and connected creative fields. Besides all of this Melissa is a hobby cook and a supermom to two boys, 3 and 16 years old.

Norman arbeitet als Kurator für das Torstraßen Festival und den Steirischen Herbst in Graz. Im Acud Club organisiert er eine Konzertserie namens »Never Work«, im letzten Jahrzehnt nahm er eine Coverversion von Boys Don’t Cry auf und im richtigen Leben betreibt das Gestaltungsbüro fertig design.

Norman works as a music programmer for Torstraßen Festival and Steirischer Herbst in Graz. At Acud Club he curates a concert series called »Never Work«, in the last decade he recorded a cover version of Boys Don’t Cry and in real life he runs a design studio called fertig design.
