House of Wolves is the musical moniker of singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Rey Villalobos, translating his last name’s spanish origin into English. A Los Angeles native with Mexican and Italian roots, the classically trained pianist’s debut album Ford in the Wind was recorded in Portland and presents a collection of warm and ethereal sounds, spacious arrangements, beautifully eerie in acoustic form, poetic and colorful.
