Allie describes himself as a boy who likes to sing quietly. Besides he picks the guitar, taps his foot a little and records it all in his bedroom. Sounds unspectacular? Sounds fantastic! Through minimal means he snatches your undivided attention only after a few bars he takes you along into his shy pop songs, as if Miranda July would whisper secret haikus into your ear. He sounds a little bit like Sufjan Stevens or Owen Pallett, like a wonder child in isolation who sends big feelings through a small outlet. Allie has lived in New York City for a while and is part of the Berlin-based art collective Ramin Ton. For the new album he relocated his bedroom to Clouds Hill Studios in Hamburg. With fresh air and clean linens the result named «Uncanny Valley» is quite masterpiece .
